What is Meadowbrook?

It’s a bare land condo community which when completed will have 200 homes plus a Clubhouse. You buy your land and purchase a Manufactured or Ready-to-Move Home to be placed on your property. All homes have a garage, paved driveways, and landscaped yards, and some have added decks and sun rooms. We are a professionally managed condominium corporation, so virtually all residents are owners of their property and shareholders in the corporation.
